DESCRIPTION:G3 is a residential summer camp program designed especially for grandparents and grandchildren (ages 8-12) to engage in a three day educational experience. Families will enjoy the complete college experience living and learning together on GVSU Allendale campus! New this year ? a commuter option is available for those living close to campus. The dates for G3 Camp are June 21 - 23\, 2016. Sessions\, meals and most evening activities are all inclusive. Registration is open until April 30\, 2016. $295 per person or $195 per person for commuter. Visit www.gvsu.edu/g3 or call 616.331.2267 Engaging and exciting class schedules are chosen by participants and are taught by GVSU faculty and staff. Sessions are held during the day in campus academic buildings and provide campers to a wide range of topics. In the evening\, there are various campus activities families may choose to attend like swimming\, climbing wall and more! On the final day\, a graduation luncheon ceremony will be held. Sample sessions include: ? Exploring Earthquakes ? Squishy Circuits ? Zombie Behavior ? Energy is Everywhere ? W.G. Jackson Research vessel in Muskegon ? Flying Fruit: Science in Action!
