DESCRIPTION:As a pillar of lifelong learning\, the library will be hosting a monthly "Ask an Expert" series. Each month\, we will explore a different topic\, hosting an expert from the Allendale or Tallmadge Township community. For October\, we are hosting Ciarra Allen and the financial wellness team from Lake Michigan Credit Union.\n\nAs the largest Credit Union in Michigan\, one of LMCU's goals is financial literacy throughout our communities\, impacting not only Michigan\, but Florida as well! Our purpose statement says\, "helping all members achieve dreams for a lifetime\," and we truly mean it AND do it by connecting with those in our communities seeking help with their financial dreams. As a trusted advisor\, Ciarra Allen\, Market Leader of Allendale LMCU\, has been committed to her role as a people-first banking professional who is passionate about building genuine relationships and creating a positive experience. Ciarra is known for her energy\, creativity\, and a collaborative mindset. She strives to make banking feel more personal\, approachable\, and impactful. \n\nRegistration required - refreshments provided for all attendees.
