DESCRIPTION:Allendale's M45 Celebration aims to bring together the community of Allendale and Greater West Michigan for a day of fun and entertainment for all ages! Kicking off with the Leprino M45 Run\, and extending into the afternoon with the food fest\, Carnival Rides\, Live Music\, beverages...and more!! You won't want to miss it!!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nClick on the link for more information: Link to Allendale's M45 Celebration\n\n\n\nGet involved by choosing 1 of 3 options!!\n\n\n\nOption 1:\n\n4.5 mile Run\n\n\n\nWhen: Saturday\, September 14th at 10 am\n\n\n\nWhere: Allendale Community Park. 11069 68th Ave. Allendale Michigan\, 49401\n\n\n\nCost: Early Bird registration for the Leprino 4.5 mile run is $29 per participant until July 31st\, and $39 per person after July 31st\, ending on September 9th.\n\n\n\nOption 2:\n\n4.5 mile run and a 8 week training/prep program to help you train for the distance.\n\nProgram starts on July 24th.\n\n\n Cost: $50 for race and plan\n Meets at Ivy Rehab every Wednsday at 6PM\n Goal to safely prepare runners for the increased distance with awareness of proper running mechanics\, internal and external factors related to injury prevention and a collaborative traing group the supports the importance of wellness and healthy living. \n 1 hour meeting each week plus emailed education info to prepare for each week plus ongoing reference for future running goals and injury prevention.\n FaceBook group specific to Run/Fit\n\n\n\nOption 3:\n\nNot interested in the 4.5 mi event\, you can register for the 1.5 mile family Walk. This event will Start at 11 am and Cost is free!
