The class is set up to include full body dynamic warmups\, strengthening\, balance retraining\, flexibility and relaxation with focus on full body conditioning\, fall prevention\, and developing accountability and socialization through general exercise and health-oriented discussions. The class is free of charge with recommendation to bring a donation item for the food pantry each class for Love\, INC of Northeast Ottawa. Meeting place is at Love INC gymnasium on Lake Michigan Drive next to Ripple Effect/Lifestream Church throughout the cooler fall and winter months then changes to the Allendale Township Park at the Lions Pavillion during the warmer\, spring and summer months.
