Adult Fit Classes are perfect for any adult looking to get in shape. These are fitness-based classes geared toward a full-body or targeted workout. Not only will these classes give you an excellent workout, but you'll have so much fun doing it!
Signing up for this class gets you unlimited access to any and all of the adult classes each month!
Monthly calendars with class times will be sent out before the first of the month so you are ready to go!
Classes to expect: Tap Fit, Ballet Barre Fit, Full Body Circut, Cardio and Stretch, and more! We change up the classes monthly, and schedules may slightly adjust monthly.
