*Per local ordinances and Allendale Area Chamber of Commerce policy the following goods may not be sold at the M45 Market: (but not limited to) firearms, fireworks, vaping, or smoking related goods, or inappropriate or suggestive items. All registrations are subject to be cancelled at the discretion of the Allendale Area Chamber of Commerce and M45 Celebration committee for a full refund if goods are deemed under the above criteria.

The Chamber does not endorse candidates for public office, nor does it provide a platform for individuals to campaign at any Chamber sponsored or organized events, including, but not limited to Chamber Coffees, the M45 Celebration, Business After Hours, Allendale Business celebration, or Lunch & Learns.
