FREE 5K Fun Run
5K run for all ages and abilities at Countryside Greenhouse in Allendale. This event is part of the Allendale Countryside Triathlon race expo and packet pick up. You need not be a participant in the Triathlon to enjoy the fun run and expo. The run will cover the 5K cross county course used in the next day's sprint distance Triathlon. Join us for the festivities!
