Hot Yoga Class

Get ready to SWEAT!! If you're looking for an active, energetic, athletic style of yoga, then this is the class for you. Hot Yoga incorporates traditional yoga poses into an active flowing sequence that is held in a HOT room to produce greater muscle flexibility and release of toxins in the body. Our Far Infrared-heated yoga room will provide you with “healthy heat” that works with your body’s own energy to raise room temperature as you work through your practice. So the room won’t feel oppressively hot when you enter because the heating system is designed to warm YOU and not the air in the room. Breathe easier but sweat just as much! Please note: Hot yoga is not recommended for people with heart or lung conditions or who have not engaged in exercise on a regular basis.
