Walking Fit with Northern Ivy Rehab

Come join us for our Walking Fit Program which includes dynamic warmups, a 40 min walk in nearby neighborhood and cooldown stretches.  This group gathers in front of the Northern Ivy Rehab clinic in Allendale between Subway and Dollar Tree.  Walkers can join the group for free but are required to register at Northern Ivy by calling 616-965-6540 or stopping into the clinic to connect with a Patient Coordinator.  
Masks and social distancing required while in the clinic.  Please do not attend walking event if experiencing any illness signs or symptoms.
